Transcend all Limitations Undaunted by Distance In recent months I had many requests of people seeking guidance or tuition but almost always distance was the problem. The couldn't afford to travel to attend my workshops, and I couldn't afford to go and see them. With air travel becoming increasingly more difficult and inhumane (naked body scanners, etc), and the added inconvenience of volcanoes spewing ashes over Europe on and off, I feel this is not the time for air travel. Yet I wish to reach as many people as possible and help those who seek guidance. Telephone tuition is costly, and the harmful electro-smog of mobile phones or wireless phones takes a heavy toll on health and brain cells. I can't tell you how many times I have wished I could fly or teleport!
But finally I found a great alternative, not quite as good as teleportation (lol), but the next best solution: Skype. It enables anybody with a computer and internet connection to talk to anybody else who is on Skype. It's unbelievably easy to set up, free of charge and works wonderfully. Long live Skype! So now I can finally provide what many of you have requested: individual tuition, one on one, with personal contact and interaction and at an affordable cost. Learn Shamanism
Creating Your Safe Place The Safe Place is the foundation for almost all shamanic work. It is from here that you can safely journey to the Upper World, Middle World or Underworld, the Faerie Realm, Atlantis and many other Otherworld regions. Learn how to construct, expand and maintain your own unique Safe Place, your safe haven and place of restoration that serves as a starting point for most spiritual work. Your Safe Place is a place that is uniquely yours, free from invasion of negativity that gives you total protection and security necessary for powerful shamanic journeys and deep transformative meditations.
Required Skills: none -- basic concentration and visualisation / meditation. Time required: 30 minutes.
Underworld Exploration Explore the exciting Underworld, the source of your power and possibly meet your power animals. Get to know your Underworld, find areas that need healing or areas of divine connection such as Underworld temples. Learn the basics on how to fix Underworld problems. Required Skills: You should be accustomed to working from a Safe Place before undertaking this journey. Reasonable journeying ability. Time required: 30 minutes.
Retrieving Power Animals You will learn how to enter your Underworld to find a power animal or retrieve one that was lost. You will also learn how to call your power animals and how to communicate with them. Instructions on how to strengthen the bond with your power animals will be given to you as well. Required Skills: You need to be able to go to your safe place fairly quickly and get into your Underworld. Time required: approx. 30 minutes.
Take your Power Back Learn a short but powerful meditation to take your power back from people, groups or organisations who have trampled over you or disempowered you. This session includes explanation of the principles of power loss and power retrieval, a guided meditation, and short discussion and advice on how to proceed or enhance the techniques learned. Required Skills: no previous knowledge or experience necessary. Time required: 30 minutes.
Underworld Clearing This is a deeper journey for those with some experience. You will learn in theory and practice how to identify and find problems in your Underworld and how to clear them. A clear Underworld, free from negativity and demonic invasion is a must if you wish to live a peaceful and fulfilled life. Required Skills: Safe Place, Underworld journeying, power animals (you must have at least one and know how to journey with it!). A bit of courage. (: o . Time required: 60 minutes.
Middle World Journeying You will learn how to enter the Middle World, how to stay safe during Middle World journeying and how to come back safely without picking up negativity. Middle World journey can be more tricky than Underworld or Upperworld journeying but it may come in handy during soul retrieval. It is also necessary for remote viewing and various other shamanic techniques. In addition can be very useful for distance healing and Earth healing. you will learn how to prepare and protect yourself for safe Middle World journeying and how to clear any negativity you may occasionally pick up. Basic Upper World Journeying The Upper World is a place of beauty and knowledge. Many feel more drawn to it than to the Underworld. However, balance is needed. Before attempting Upper World Journeys one needs a firm root, and experience with Underworld journeying. The Upper World has various regions, such as the causal planes, the realm of the gods, the Akashic records, etc. There are many uses to Upper World journeying such as to meet spirit guides, explore your past lives and karmic issues via the Akashic records library, or create change by working on the causal planes. This journey will help to get there and back safely. You choose what you wish to do accomplish in the Upper World. Required Skills: Safe Place, Underworld journeying; good concentration and visualisation. Time Required: 30 minutes
Soul Retrieval Learn to identify incidents of soul loss in your life. You will be taught how to find and retrieve lost soul pieces of yourself and integrate them. With practice this will eventually enable you to retrieve lost soul pieces for others as well. Soul retrieval is an advanced shamanic skill, but one that should not be missing in the repertoire of a true shaman. Required Skills: Safe Place, Journeying in Underworld, Upper World and Middle World, Power Animal work, good journeying abilities. Time required: 60 minutes.
Spiritual Growth
Meeting Your Higher Self Working with your Higher Self on a regular basis can greatly speed up your spiritual growth. But first you must get to know your Higher Self and develop a relationship with them. This journey / meditation will help put you in touch with your Higher Self and learn their name. It can be the beginning of a wonderful relationship of trust and guidance. Having your Higher Self by your side can open many doors and enable you to progress faster on your journey to Oneness. Required Skills: Safe Place, basic concentration and visualisation. Time Required: 30 minutes
Spirit Guide Contact Get to know a Spirit Guide and gain an ally for your journeys and spiritual growth. Spirit guides may have various functions, such as mentors, healers or even warrior guides. They can be from various traditions, such as Native American, Egyptian, Atlantean. Most people have several guides who work with them and these may be all from the same tradition or from different traditions. This journey is to get you in touch with your first spirit guide, if you don't have one yet, or to gain another one, if you feel the need for more guidance. Your spirit guides may accompany you on your journeys and meditations, offer advice and guidance, teach various subjects, warn you of danger, and protect you from negativity.

Spiritual Counselling Sometimes even the best of us get stuck. Unable to find a solution to our spiritual problems and dilemmas we turn to friends or family only to be misunderstood as they lack the deeper spiritual understanding to guide us. Only somebody who has gone through the challenges the spiritual path presents can help another in similar situation. Through the awakening of my Kundalini I was plunged in a living hell and left basically without support in material reality. I got through it eventually reaping the fruit of self-realisation along the way, but it was a very rocky road and I spent countless days in utter despair. Having walked the path, I am now able to help others who are in similar straits or lost in the dark night of the soul, or who simply need higher guidance.

Crystal Journeys
Bonding with Crystals For advanced crystals work it is necessary to bond with each crystal you are using. As long as you haven't bonded with a crystal yet, it will not give you best results, and, in the worst case scenario another, such as a vampire shaman may use your crystal remotely to drain its power or possibly even use it against you. This can be avoided by bonding with each of your crystals. Once bonded the crystal is yours alone to use and cannot be interfered with from afar by another. The full gifts of the crystal can blossom in co-creation with your gifts. Bonding with a crystal is also the first step before one can successfully and powerfully program a crystal. Learn the technique of bonding with crystals to enhance all of your crystal work! Required Skills: Safe Place, basic concentration and visualisation. Recommended: Higher Self Contact. Higher Self Crystal Programming Your Higher Self knows you better than you do yourself and loves you totally. He or she has your best interests in mind and access to knowledge that you may not yet understand. In crystal work your Higher Self can help you program crystals for your highest good. As ego is not part of the process you will attain reliable and great results. Highly recommended if you want to program crystals for a protection grid, for example, or for any other spiritual purpose.
